'Come & join our superhero fitness adventure! We\'ll be warming up by practicing our superhero moves with lots of \'pows\', jumps and spins so that we\'re ready for our main adventure: to reclaim our superhero superfood from villain Slimeball Scurvy!!! We\'ll leap through bogs, clamber up mountains and fly to the city to rescue stranded citizens. Will we dodge Slimeball\'s attacks and get him to jail? Join in to find out, then play along with some more superhero games. We\'d love you to make up your own superhero. what moves will they have to defeat the villains and save the day (& superfood!)? This workout is designed for families to do together, and especially with children aged 3-8. It disguises the usual bootcamp style bodyweight exercises with moves needed to complete an adventure. You won\'t even notice you\'re exercising! Please ensure you are fit to take part and adapt any moves you need to to exercise safely.'
